My Why
My passion for starting this business comes from a deep desire to create meaningful employment opportunities for teens and young adults with exceptionalities, while raising awareness about the lack of inclusive opportunities in our community. I am committed to fostering independence, social engagement, and personal growth through purposeful work experiences.
This mission is deeply personal to me and inspired by my son. Raising a child with exceptionalities has been a journey that opened my heart to the importance of creating a world where individuals of all abilities are valued and given the chance to shine.
In 2021, God placed a vision in my heart to bring that purpose to life through Creative Crumbs Cakery, a bakery where individuals with exceptionalities can learn a trade, build confidence, and share their gifts with the community through the joy of baking. Creative Crumbs is more than just a bakery; it’s a place of empowerment, inclusion, and opportunity.
